About
This blog is where I think out loud about artificial intelligence, somewhere between newly published research and the systems we actually run in production.
My name is Yann Jezequel. I have been working in software for 25 years, first as a developer, and now as a CTO and founder. These days, I work on AI every day. I lead HeyIntent, an agency specialized in building custom agents and multi-agent orchestration systems. I am also the CTO of Neural Balance Innovation, a medtech startup working on vestibular stimulation and cybersickness.
This blog is a logbook, not a showcase. I write what I actually think here, including when it goes against the current.
What you’ll find here
Critical readings of research papers, filtered through one question: does this change anything about how we build real systems?
Thoughts on agent architectures, orchestration, LLM evaluation, and the patterns that survive contact with production.
Sometimes philosophy. Always common sense.
